This is cute but it is breaking the rules.

Do not steal design ideas! I can understand
if something is similar, but making the same species as another person had with the same accessories isn't being creative...

i think it's different enough not to break the rules? They don't look too much alike. I'll ask Dave Egbert about it though. I can delete it if needed

I mean, they look different but it specifically says the same species with the same accessories and that's exactly what it is. I just don't think it would be fair if you won the competition instead of me when I was the one who did the otter with the scarf first. Like I said before, it's really cute and I don't want you to have to lose your entry completely I was just saying that maybe if you don't mind changing it a bit like removing the scarf and adding different accessories then that would be better.

Personally I don't see hardly any similarities. Your otters look completely different, and the scarfs are both different types of scarfs, one is also a galaxyish design while the other is a fabric blue.

If you'll notice, every design entered has a scarf. Everyone had the same idea.
If Dave saw a problem with it he would have said so when the design came out i'm sure.
This also should have been taken to pm to avoid a bunch of spam.
