Heiji did have permission to post the ticket from me, and it was confirmed by Hekomi that it was fine to do. I don't see the issue...? cx Rules change, and considering Heiji will be getting the Caraseb baby, I don't think it's too big of a deal.
Plus we'd talked to Blitz(Yumidei) before posting; it wasn't just an "oh hey they can breed today lET'S POST A TICKET".

edit; I'd like to add that this was not a matter of me or exo being able to post a ticket when slots open(it was actually me thinking "hey it'd be cute if the owner of the future baby posted the ticket").
