Design Prompt: Based off a peacock. I like subtle swirls on the base coat in a very similar colour to the base colour. With contrasting designs on top (spots or swirls or stars)
Accessories: Could he/she(I'll decide when I see it) have a few large peacock feathers attached at the base of his(for the sake of argument) tail with 2 attached at the tip of the tail

You don't get to make your own. Either Lorrilai or I would have to make a custom for you. You can adopt one that doesn't have an owner, but I think there's just one at the moment.
