Could the cape lay on his back and go down all the way to begining of his tail (and be completely covered in paint splatter so theres no background color). sorry that a lot to ask. I can pay more if you need me to.
And purple in the paint can or blue (you can pick).

I think I can do the cape for 10 CA, it shouldn't really be more complicated than a jacket. The paint can will also be 10 CA, will this be alright? If so I'll get started on both! ouo
