Hekomi's announcement clearly stated that it was to give staff and members a bit of a break and help ease drama tension, as well as give the staff time to bunker down and re-tool the rules so they can be clearer and there isn't as much miscommunication or misunderstanding It sucks, especially if it's fallen on your birthday, but it'll be good for the community at large in the long run.

Here is a safer, more child friendly chat. In our last one two users came in and were very rude, I would like to note that I can kick and/or ban users from this chat. After my premium trial ends I will have a back up chatzy. This chatzy will only be able to be accessed if you pm me for permission to enter, I will only let in users I know from the official JBD chat, users who can respect each other. I'm sorry for all of these extra chats, but I do not stand for users coming into a chat off of a child friendly sight and posting cuss words and perverted comments. Also note that I don't really like it when people use all caps, so I would refrain from doing so.

Do not come to this chat if you think you can mess with anyone on here, I can tell when you are being rude, mean, or sarcastic. Trust me. You will receive a verbal warning, if you continue you will be temporarily kicked. If you don't listen then, your IP address will be blocked from being able to enter the chat. I am willing to respect you if you will respect me.

Note that the moderated/ premium chatzy will only last me three days.

Well you're not allowed to add hair onto your JBD, but you can add a bit of fluff or bangs onto them with permission. However, if you own a dragon that currently has hair, you can't change it, sorry uvu. If your dragon has beans, there is a chance of them having a bit of fluff, but they won't have a full out braid or anything. nvn

However, if you own a dragon that currently has hair, you can't change it, sorry uvu. I thought you could ask the artist [ for example ; Apple made my baby Chiaro , so I could ask her ] to add hair and if they agree you could PM Hekomi about it? Were the rules updated? EHhh ;n; confusion

wait, so you need permission to at least add a fringe, yes? :v sorry, im just really confused. both of my beans have fringes already, but no 'hair' aside from that, and i intend on making some different accessories for at least kenna. do i need to ask for permission to keep a fringe? :?

Just to clear this up, they both have hair, not fringes. Fringes wouldn't go past their face, and both of theirs most certainly do.

Since they both had hair before they rule, they are fine to keep it at the length it is at. You may add accessories,etc, but please don't make the hair any longer.

I thought it was that you could add small fringes/bangs, but you need permission from Hekomi for any type of hair?
