Apple, are spot edits (for example, making them bigger/smaller, adding them in locations that weren't originally on the lineart) allowed, and if they are, would they count as line edits?

More questions!

1) Can we remove the spots layer, or erase some spots? Would that count as a line edit?
2) If you win the artist position, can you reuse/revamp some of the designs you created here?
