Are we allowed to do one feather, or do we have to do all of them? ^^

Also, can we make the tail hair shorter/longer/curly etc as an edit?

edit;;

oh my, can we make odd feather placements (ex. on all four paws, tied up in their hair, etc) for a line edit?

questions

1) Would adding horns count as a line edit, since they are not included in the lines? I probably will not add them since many kias are hornless and their absence doesn't detract much from the body design, but I would still like to know.
2) How do you feel about colored lines, if they are subtle and just in one color? Would you prefer colored lines on the actual adopt lines, when artists are chosen?

nope, adding horns (as long as they are the kinds that regular kiamaras have) is totally fine and wont count
and colored lines, I prefer them on the regular adopts, although its ok if you don't do them on the contest because they are so thick and bulky i know it doesnt look as good. vuv
