For the new 'four beans and one nursery bean' rule, say if you won a nursery bean by adopting it. Would that count as your nursery bean, or could a friend still gift you a baby that their JBD had, from the nursery..?

A bean from the nursery can fill up a normal slot
or the nursery slot. But normal beans can only fill up the normal slots, not the nursery. If you get what I'm saying - you can have 1 nursery beans, 4 normal beans, or 3 nursery beans and 2 normal beans. Just not 5 normal beans.

If they do, would being somewhat depressed count?
No, we actually have some dark colored beans that are generally happy. It's just an odd tick about them. But it doesn't mean all dark colored beans have to have a dark personality type.

Hey, I don't mean to be pushy or anything. But I have been waiting for 515 to be judged for a while. I know real life comes first but it's been over a week now and I would to at least have some notice if/when they plan on judging. Not trying to rush, I just like knowing if they plan on judging soon or not for a while. It's just kinda ridiculous to wait so long without letting people know who are waiting on you :/

Real life really does come first above all else. Most of us have started work/school/are in the process of things, and so, judging will be slow.
I'm sorry that you feel as if seven days are truly too long to wait. Honestly, it isn't. Have you looked at the size of the forms on there? As someone who tries out for things, I would rather have the owner of the contest take their time and look through forms- possibly taking a MONTH- rather than speed judging in one day.
If it is that much of an inconvenience to you, I would suggest taking the risk of trying for other things (if that is the case).
Again, I'm sorry you feel like a week is too long to wait. If we're going to speak from personal experience, I waited six months for something to be judged and still ended up losing in the end.
basically quit lol

I'm not saying it's too long to wait, I just think they need to let others know when they think they might be done judging... especially if they think it would take as long as 6 months. You are right, I would not have tried if I knew I would have to wait so long. I just, I haven't seen them take this long is all I guess. And it know it's not just the judging, they just haven't been as active recently in general. At least not to my notice c:

While you are right. I do browse CS, and basically do my daily mod duties. Even if its just behind the scene stuff. I pop into the chat when I have time; give advice when I can. Then go back trying to do all the things I need to do. This includes real life and online. I have breedings to do; and designs to age. Some which take priority over judging. I am trying to judge but there is a reason I gave them the original dates I did. I knew I'd be tied up about this time as I have planned the past few weeks spending it on real life issues I have; like the broken pipe under my sink. I apologize if its not in a timely manner but the extension kind of came into the time I was taking for my real life situation.
I'm spending less time online and focusing on my relationship and house. Mostly due to someone being on vacation during this time period. I could actually move stuff around the house and make noise for a change; I had a two week window to get all my stuff out of storage and try to set it up/organize. I don't know if a week beyond judging is extreme by any means. With that, yes it's going to take me a bit to judge but its on my long list of things to do.
Perhaps one could simply have PM'ed the artist and ask them how the process of the judging was going.
