If its in the comments, 90% of people won't ever notice it. Most people just read the artist comments, because generally that's where that would go. The artist should really add that to their rules.

Not everyone has a dA, so not everyone can ask. And not everyone wants to. Plus, some artists no longer use their accounts or don't like responding to strangers and stuff like that.
If it doesn't say you can't do it in the rules and isn't something bad (like you're profiting from their lineart without permission), its generally seen as fine.

No, I'm sorry, but I don't see any reason to remove it. If it's not stated anywhere in the artist comments, I don't expect our donators to waste time looking over the entire account seeing if it's okay to use off DA.
So, how about you stop randomly posting on threads and asking us to remove stuff when the original artist can't bother to make his/her lineart rules clear

Kamaliah, thank you for your concern, but I actually am perfectly aware of which donor I meant. Akami-chan was who I meant, and yes, I am sure about things before posting them on a public thread.

E. I'm going to judge for the last un-judged character, keep forms closed for another two days and then things will function as normal. Thank you.

Sorry, but if you know that you're using something without permission, then is it art theft. And it's tacky and in bad taste on a art forum to keep using it.

Tae doesn't have permission -- plain and simple -- as the artist has stated that it's not to be used off dA. Artists have a right to change their minds or make things clearer. Simply ignoring it because 'it's not in the rules' doesn't make it any better, nor does it make it go away.

Also, Tae is doing NOTHING wrong, she's not using it in any way. The Agency is simply linking to it. There's nothing wrong with that.

Nonono, I meant you didn't know that there was only one character to judge for, meaning Akami-chan's. If you'd read the whole convo, you'd know I'd sent a note to the Agency account over a week ago that I was finding Lucius a home privately.
