Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: Hey there, I think I should be able to adopt a Newbie for quite a few reasons. I have not been on CS for the longest time, but I have been on and active since early 2011. When I recommended this site to my two friends, they joined on a shared account, and I spent a fair time teaching them a basic CS guide.
How often do you get on CS?: Every day I go onto CS, check through all my late posts, my oekaki, my messages and my trades. I leave CS on and check back on it every half an hour if I am doing something else; if I am, say, roleplaying, I will check back on everything after every post.
Which categories would you like to apply for?: Well, I think I will apply for Languages, General Knowledge, Forums, BBC Code, Roleplay and Oekaki. Yes, I know it's a long list, but they are my strongest subjects and I am confident with my knowledge of them.
Languages ;; I speak fluent in English and Dutch. I am deep in learning Latin, and the base of French and German.
General Knowledge ;; Well, how can I prove this, other than saying I have been on CS for two, nearly three years, therefor have had a good amount of time to take understand to this subject? It's one of the first things any CS member should learn about, as without it the other topics are pretty much useless.
Forums ;; 6785 forum posts at this current moment, though if I post this, it'll be 6786. :3 Forums are one of my favourite additions to CS, and I spend a great majority of my time on them.
BBC Code ;; Well, this is a fairly basic subject. I can use URL, Img, and much more. I guess this can be proved by my signature, or the pictures in my posts?
Roleplay ;; Okay, if I don't get accepted for anything else, this is the one thing I would be determined to be accepted for. I can roleplay to the edge brim of Literate, for I really enjoy writing. Being fluent in English, I can say that I can improve literacy to a high level. At the bottom of this form will be my roleplay sample from a Warrior Cats roleplay. I can roleplay humans and animals, up to any literacy. If my roleplay sample needs additional proof, take a look at my roleplay characters thread, which carry my best forms up to date, but I'm afraid not all my forms are there. Roleplay Character Thread.
Oekaki ;; Right, this is a basic subject for me, but I have to say I am not the kind of person that if absolutely fantastic and realistic and flawless at oekaki. In fact, I even have trouble making my drawings look up to my contentment, but you stated it is not about quality, phew. I am fine with every tool on the oekaki page, layers, shading, and how to change the quality of your drawings. I have a program called Join Me. This program, if you do not already know, allows someone else to view your screen or for you to view theirs, or even to take over the mouse. If my newbie really wishes to have more detail lover the oekaki page then has/gets this program, I'm sure it will be much easier to teach them 'bout this.
How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?: As I said above, I come on every day, leave CS on, check back on it every now and then to make sure all is up to date.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Of course, if I planned to be an abusive adopter, I wouldn't be here!

ᴍᴏᴏᴅ :: ᴇɴᴇʀɢᴇᴛɪᴄ & ᴛʜᴏᴜɢʜᴛғᴜʟᴡith a fond smile, the she-cat strolled into camp. The cool air rushed past her small body, rustling her coat. Her metallic gaze scorched the darkness in front of her. With a single twitch of her nose, Littlepaw took in the deep scents of her familiar Clan. The catmint, raspberry leaves, borage leaves, chamomile, colsfoot, parsley and poppy seeds were wrapped in dock leaves in her mouth. Littlepaw dashed towards Mudfur's den and spat out the selection, swiping her tongue around her paw in desperation to rid of the revolting taste.
"Right," she murmured to herself. "Herbs and other medicine to ease pain, provide more milk, make kitting easier, prevent too much blood loss during kitting, to help sleep comfortably, and to prevent kitten-cough." She swiped up the medicine into piles and put it near the front of the store, to prepare for the soon-to-kit Foxtail. Proud of her work, she tasted the air and made her way to the fresh-kill pile. With a swipe of her lips, she picked up the smallest morsel she could sense - a ragged, dried out vole. There was not much prey, but hopefully the Warriors would go hunting soon. Though, just in case, she had taken the smallest kill, so as to leave the slightly, but not much, more appealing pieces for the Elders, Queens and other high ranks.
Littlepaw crouched outside Mudfur's den and sank her teeth into the scrap. It was dry and stringy, tongue tasting dirt on the fur. She shivered, but knew she needed the energy. Suddenly, she wished she could taste the herbs again. Anything was better than this. She snapped up another bite. The shattered bones scratched at her throat, making her cough. Once she had forced down the few mouthfuls, she rose up and bent into a stretch.
Good morning StarClan, she thought as her blind gaze moved towards the cloudless blue sky. Better make this day worth it! With a small smile, Littlepaw sat back down and continued to ponder the Clan's life - what might cause good, what might cause bad.

ᴍᴏᴏᴅ :: ᴛʀᴀɴsғɪxᴇᴅᴀs Thunderflare's tail brushed a fallen leaf, the creature lifted it's ears wearily. Cursing under his breath, he lifted it back up again in a straight line backwards, holding his breath. Soon, the large rabbit twitched it's nose and lent down to continue snuffling for roots.
Thunderflare lifted a paw and moved it forward, s-l-o-w-l-y. It pressed down onto the soil silently. He repeated the process until the rabbit was a mere fox-length away. Taking in a deep breath, the tom pinned his ears back against his head. It was risky, as it would dull his senses, yet he felt it necessary as the rabbit had a keen eye for seeking ears poking up in the leafy atmosphere.
His dull tan tabby coat blended him into the crispy Greenleaf ground. Another step. The rabbit jumped, alert. Now! Thunderflare sprung as fast as lightning, smacking the prey into a pin before it could even move a whisker. The rabbit flinched then went still as he dispatched it. With a rough back-jump, he landed behind his kill and lifted it. Even for him, the kill was very large and heavy. In stead of bothering with a big hole, he found a aged oak with a gap in the roots. He shoved it in and tasted the air.
A chaffinch cooed in a lonesome style in a branch some fifty pounces away. Feeling content that he was so light, he stalked up the crackling bark. His curved silver talons hooked into the tree as he worked his way up to the very top. The chaffinch continued to coo mournfully; from here he could see it crouched desperately over it's empty nest. Probably a hungry fox had climbed up and stolen the eggs. Tongue moving slowly over lips, Thunderflare stared at the bird, transfixed. It was a plentiful Greenleaf - like the rabbit, the chaffinch was filled out an plump. Opening his maw to get the scent into his glands, he then crouched low over the end of the branch. Narrowing his eyes, he moved forward. The thin branch didn't even wobble or creak under his feathery weight. Protruding his whiskers, the tom slid forward. Any moment now... he thought, allowing seconds to pass as the mourning bird twittered softly. Taking the final step- the chaffinch screeched. It spun up in a frenzy, making a dramatic fly escape. Thunderflare dashed forward, forgetting his lofty height, and dived forward. For a moment, he hung in mid air, chaffinch just out of reach. Thunderflare's paws flew forward, claws gripping into the chaffinch on either side. With a cry, it was snatched from the air. With a triumphant meow, Thunderflare pulled it close to his chest. Suddenly, he felt gravity kick in. With a thunderous screech, he plummeted down, down, down and smacked into the ground. A thud then b l a c k n e s s.
When he awoke, the chaffinch still lay in his paws, tucked into his chest. At first he thought he had killed it with the clasp, but his claw marks were only minor, small trickles of blood coming from the wounds. He realized that the fall was too much for such a small creature. He was lucky that he had even awoken. With a pitiful yet impatient snort, Thunderflare tugged himself up to all fours. His front leg hung limply, excluding much blood. Sighing, he tried to clean most of the wound up unsuccessfully. With a shrug, he allowed the pain to numb as he picked up his two prey sources. Turning, he made his way to camp, his damaged foreleg no more than a small wound in his eyes.
