However the cuff should not be removed as it's a ritual right of passage in their community. (Adult hood) the designs on their cuffs are usually Celtic in base.

Wendiigo, I donated this character a while back. To my knowledge, no forms were submitted for it the two rounds it was up, and it didn't appear in the past round. I wondered if I could take him back?
