Yes GA's get one custom after they've finished their allotted two that go up for adoption ^^ <3
That way people can see your art and what not <3
I just went ahead on the custom because I had nothing to do 8,D Literally.
Gave me something to do for over an hour *derp*

After that if they're hired as an Artist they can make more customs, however they can't be all at once [logically]
No one can have more than 3 customs [as far as Artists go. Moderators I'm not sure] but still. ^^ <3

Of course if you want a Sauron custom from another artist you can always PM them and see what they have to say about doing it for you c: That way there aren't any forms to go through or hoops to jump.

If you'd like a Sauron already out though you'd have to apply for it [logically] and win *shot*
It's 4:50 AM so if I"m not making sense either let me know xD
It also says so in the staff expectations if you wanted to know at a later date ^^

How much time can you dedicate a week:
Around 4-5 hours a day on the computer with school starting, but I'm almost always online with my phone.
