Yes, I know there is no cutie mark or tail right now. It is a wip and I just want a bit of break, but I still want to show my progress so far.

Any critique?

Yay! All I have left is the cutie mark, though I'm not completely sure if I want to make it. Normally I would prefer whoever is adopting to pony to make/choose it though I may make it.

Cutie mark suggestions if I do so?

lets see, the cutie marks will already be made in the shop, but part of the adopt form is for them to interpret the cutie mark. So make it something sorta genaric, that could mean more than one thing.
