I am very sad to notify everyone that I have decided to retire from my position of mod, I have been a mod for so long and it will be very new to me not to be one again. I will still be active in the community, but I will no longer be be of staff position. I am sure that the rest of the staff will continue taking equally good care of you. <3 It has been such an amazing time, working with the staff, and the community, thank you for everything.

I wonder if Apple is looking for a new mod now, though? Probably not. xD Even so...(don't be afraid to tell me no, of course)...I would be happy to fill in. But I am pretty illiterate, and not exactly fancy, so that's probably never going to happen.

It's always been my dream to be part of the staff here, but that would be much too good to be true if it ever did happen...which it won't. xD

i havent seen anythin' about them, but are scars considered major edits? im not planning on putting them on calli but i had an idea for a kia and i was thinking if the kiamara when put up for adoption doesnt have any scars, and when it is won, can the new owner add multiple scars or is that too much edits? it wouldn't interfere with the line edits thing, would it?

Once you own the kia, its fine to add a couple scars but you can't have them all shredded up xD
A couple are okay, but don't make the kia look like its been rolling around in barbed wire or anything like that C;

I have a question as well, didn't find one like this so ill ask.

Since we are allowed to add accessories to our kias, would a feather related accessory be a no-go (like a fascinator or maybe a dream catcher) since it's extra feathers on your Kia? Or would it be alright since it's not explicitly part of the kias design? Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched and didn't find anything like this ;-;

Adding accessories like a dreamcatcher etc. that include a feather is fine, BUT ONLY if the feathers added are very, very clearly part of the item and don't look remotely like the kias feathers. So you can have a dreamcatcher or something like that with a few feathers on it, but make sure to make it very clear that the feathers belong to the item and are not part of the original design C:

Apple just recently hired new mods, and even though jern is retiring from her staff position we are not looking for more at this time.
If there comes a time where more mods are needed, Apple will make that very clear.

Do kiamaras have to age once they are adults? Like, if she turned 21, does she have to turn 22?

Also, if 2 months is a year, their birthday is every two months?

Kiamaras definitely do not *have* to age at all. They're fictional characters, so naturally aging is a decision the owner makes ^^
Generally speaking if you have a nursery kia you'll age it to an adult and then keep it that way.
Very few people are interested in aging their kia till they reach an age where they're decrepit and old.
You certainly *can* age them that way, but its not required.
Completely up to you ^^
