No, RU's will follow the number rules
For example if the Heaven tail has one runner up that happens to fall on #210, then the RU will be a bubbletail C:
If it falls on #209 then it's a flame tail
and if it falls on #225, then it will be a statictail

Oh so they get a new number.
I thought they'd have the same number but with an affix like 200a 200b and so on.
I have no idea where I keep getting these ideas from DX
