i dont mean to be rude but ._. how did ~*Hedwig*~ win compared to ~Evangelina~? im sorry but her art is a lot better >.< i though you were judging on quality? im an artist myself so its confusing me a bit because there was no detail and the drawing seemed to just be quickly sketched up...

again i dont mean to be rude..

she didn't have the requirements to own a wme- aka having at least 100 posts or be registered on CS for 3 months. She had the 3 month thing down, but she was short on posts.

Guys, I know I said I would excuse it, but long forms like over the 2 limit paragraph- will be put on hold, and possibly I'll have to get help.

Reasoning, is because my add, and slight dyslexia mixes up sentences- and I have the most difficulties when reading. English is a little hard to understand and read for me, so my apologies if I skip judging equids because some of them have very long and difficult to read forms. I'm really really really sorry. I will start judging everyone else and lump the ones I have difficulties with and try and get help. BUT that doesn't mean I want people PM'ing me saying they can help.
