Hello to all the interested members of CS c:
First of all, as an artist you will be able to create 1 custom for yourself ^u^
For every 10 Pacalings you make, you will be allowed to make another custom for yourself (or for someone else as a gift, just let me know before that though! )
I will hire however many artists I would like, and I will also hire guest artists who can color 3 times total.
You can only enter 3 entries to be considered.
Please keep in mind EDITS are HIGHLY recommended for these species.
Having lines that fit the original lineart would be a definite plus. Sticking to one theme / color scheme etc is also big brownie points.
Being consistent with your skills and designs and knowing how to work the oekaki should be a basic knowledge!
