My Story Entry!
Username: lauralady
Story Entry: He was timid and shy, unlike the other merfolk. Ervin would always be last in line to go, well, Anywhere! While his father the king attributed his infinite shyness to his mothers constant doting; the queen knew the real reason. For you see, unbeknownst to the king and kingdom, the little sea prince was born a cripple! When he was born, the right side of his tail refused to move. Now, when the queen saw him, she was horrified! For a crippled prince is a useless prince! (in the king's eyes) So she made haste to cover his fin with a seaweed bandage before the king came in to inspect his only son. The ruse had worked. The king did not even bother removing the wrappings, MUCH to the queens relief! and so, the little prince has been in these wrappings ever since! Now, however, he is grown. And the wrappings are becoming to small. So now it was the princes time to keep a secret. He now went outside to the back of the castle every day and did multiple exercises to allow himself to swim. For you see, he had to be pulled by some dolphins wherever he went! So days became weeks, and weeks became months, so that by the time the year was up, he could swim! He could really, and truly swim! And more than that too! He could finally go and see the world!
The shy little sea prince, years later was the leader of his father's army! It just goes to show that a little dreaming, and a lot of effort, can take you a long way!

This is winter the dolphin, who could not swim due to an accident soon after her birth. But with perseverance, she was able to swim. With a little human help.
Why do you want this Cuppet?: because he is my absolute favorite color! And, he is wonderfully designed!
