im not sure about # 85 but im pretty sure they arent going to take any new forms since the end date has past. >.>

Artists are allowed to make 1 custom every 10 of their own adopts, right?
I'm wondering the following;
1- If they are giving it to another person, can they ask the person what they want in the custom? Or does it have to be previously designed, or is it up to the artist?
2- Are artists allowed more than 1 custom?

1. It's up to the artist.
2. You can have a custom for every 9 mutato designs you make. So if you make a lot of designs, you can have a lot of customs.
