When the event ends, and we buy items, could we use them even is a couple months? Not right away?

Edit-- Also, are we allowed to ask people if they want us to, lets say, use growth potion on their kias.

Like, if I bought growth potion and I didn't want it, could I say 'Hey do you want your teen to become and adult? I have growth potion I dont want'?

To answer your questions vocal..

Items can be saved for as long as you like. You don't even need to own a kiamara to purchase an item.
You are not permitted to gift/use items on other kiamaras aside from your own.
