xxxxxxxxxxx SARAH MARIA BLAKELY
be careful what you wish for
xxxxxxxxxxxJake insisted he was find where he was, so Sarah nodded politely. She expected him to stay silent and continue eating his breakfast in peace, yet that wasn't exactly what happened. Instead, he invited her to join him. Sarah already finished her breakfast, but it gave her a chance to sit and chat with him. Just making some small talk wouldn't be a problem. Therefore, she took the available spot by his side and took a seat. "How's your breakfast going? Exciting? Stimulating?" he inquired, obviously trying to make a conversation. The blonde gave a noncommittal shrug in response. It hadn't been either, but she had to admit it wasn't as dull as most nondescript mornings. That was until something happened; an event always turned around her day. Momentarily, the lethargic Slyhterian was waiting for that "something" to happen. Of course, there was always the unusual encounter with a Gryffindor. Certainly, it was not something she saw everyday. Sarah stole a glanced over at the table she left to see what they were up to now. Looks like another visitor arrived at the Slytherian table to share a conversation with the house memebers. Her friends sure were popular today. This time it was no Gryffindor but rather a Ravenclaw. Sarah admired their wits; they were worthy competitors. Especially compared to the other houses in Hogwarts, she rarely held grudges against those in Ravenclaw unless they were muggle born. Then, it was only natural to dislike them. It was simply the way things worked; her parents disliked mudbloods, her parents' parents disliked mudbloods, and her parents' parents' parents disliked mudbloods. But maybe the misunderstood wizards were not as bad as the pureblood believed.
xxxxxxxxxxxForcing this thought away, Sarah repeated Jake's question in her mind. Then, she answered, "Not really. It's been quite boring, actually. At least it's a weekend, though. I was thinking about heading to the lake later. Some of the other Slytherians were going there, too. Maybe you could join us." He would most likely decline as the weather was bleak and frigid. In addition, Jake came off as the loner type, but it was worth a shot. Unfortunately, she was reminded of the upcoming tests. Even if he was willing to go, Sarah knew she was going to be locked up indoors for the day. "I'm probably going to be stuck in the library, though, studying for the stupid potions exam," Sarah sighed. "I might even have to start getting ready for the n.e.w.t.s," she added in distress.

robbie & darragh [post 3]

xxx xxx
robbie lennon is a proud,
pureblood
ravenclaw in her
seventh year at hogwarts.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
ROBBIE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
she is currently with elle and
luke
in a courtyard. she doesn't
have a crush on anybody yet.

xxx xxx
robbie gave elle a small, nonchalant wave as she hurriedly left; but it was doubtful that the younger girl even noticed. it wasn't like her [or anybody in her house] to forget about an exam, even if it was just practice for the n.e.w.t.s. she didn't hesitate to dive back into her book. after a few silent moments, robbie realized luke was still standing there. she embarrassedly glanced up at luke, a little startled that he hadn't followed elle or just left roberta to study alone. after considering his question, the brunette shut her charms textbook and slowly stood up. the chilly air bit at her exposed features, so she crossed her arms across her chest in hopes of keeping herself warm. he didn't seem like the type that would want to hang out with her. maybe, for once, one of her assumptions were wrong. that was extremely rare considering the seventh year was one of the most observant people around. for her, it was better to speculate than experience.

"uh, how about we go inside for breakfast? it's too cold out to walk around. i mean- if you want to do something else that's fine. i'd just need to put something warmer on," robbie explained. she was sounding like a complete fool. hoping the flush in her cheeks was just from the wind. "i am a bit hungry after skipping out on a large meal last night," she continued breathlessly.

darragh o'rielly is a flirty,
pureblood
slytherin in his
seventh year at hogwarts.

DARRAGH
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
he is currently with annie, alvin and
rooney
in the great hall. he has a small
crush on
rooney.

it was awfully amusing to see alexis run off crying after he called her out. so what if it was a bit too harsh? darragh wasn't one who cared what other people thought of him or his actions. the only slytherin who seemed to disapprove of what he had rudely pointed out was rooney. of course. she shot him a look of pure annoyance, but all the boy did in response was shrug. her opinion of him was a little bit more important but it wasn't enough to cause him to chase after the gryffindor intruder. he grabbed a blueberry muffin and broke off a portion before stuffing it in his mouth. the boy only glanced up for a moment when sarah left, and was about to continue eating when someone unknown took her place. it was apparent he was a younger member of ravenclaw. darragh stopped in mid-chew, obviously irritated with the sudden attention slytherin was receiving from the other houses. why did they think it was okay to come and interrupt their discussions? not to mention, this kid looked like he was out of his mind.

"you've got to be kidding me," was all he mumbled after swallowing the pastry. this time he kept his mouth shut. maybe it was partially because rooney was being nice to the newcomer. he didn't want her to think he was an awful person to be around. his little silence will only last if this kid kept their conversation short and friendly, otherwise their their charming little discussion would be abruptly cut short. instead of joining in on alvin and rooney, he focused on analeigh, who was on he other side of roo. "so, annie, got anything particularly exciting planned for today?"

aoife and jake // tres

Postby glassea » Tue Aug 06, 2013 2:10 pm

it's aoife, not aiofe. cx not really a big deal.
but sorry for nonsensical stuff.

xxxxxxxaoife connorx xRAVENCLAWxx

xxxxxxxof course. duh. that's all aoife can think as sophie begins to talk. obviously her friend knows the answer. and now that she thinks about it, aoife knew that too. obviously the bubble-head charm had to provide clean oxygen to the caster. the only question was how. how about by magic? a snide little voice in the back of aoife's head says. she decides to let the subject slide. "of course!" aoife giggles a bit at the sight of her friend making a rough sketch of a circle in the air around her head. she looks a bit ridiculous. "well, i've always got studying to do." sophie looks a bit unenthusiatic about it all, though. "but maybe we could, y'know, do something else for a change?" screw n.e.w.t.s, she thinks. the ravenclaw part of her rebels, but aoife forces it down for now. she is going to spend a morning with her best friend, undistracted by schoolwork. it is a saturday, albeit not a very nice-looking one. the morning promises rain for the afternoon, cloudy as it is. and it's cold. aoife hates the cold. but the air is bracing, definitely waking up her senses.
xxxxxxx"the weather looks unpleasant today..." says aoife, falling into her ingrained pattern of small talk. she's never been good at that kind of thing. so in general, aoife ends up commenting on the weather a lot. she knows that with sophie she doesn't have to do that. but habits have always taken over in the end - habits of high expectation, habits of perfectionism; habit, be it good or bad, ruled aoife's life. she would not be able to function were it not for the patterns in her brain. it disturbs aoife a little, but not too much. doesn't have time for those sort of things. "...so we should probably go inside soon," she says after a bit of a pause, glancing at her friend hopefully. sophie loves the outdoors - maybe it's the freedom it brings. sophie has always loved the freedom of knowledge; how it's worth more than any money could ever buy. she and sophie are different, yes. but they both kind of want the same things. maybe that's why they're such friends.

xxxxxxxjake craytonx xSLYTHERINxx

xxxxxxxsarah doesn't really seem to get jake's sarcastic comment. she just answers calmly and politely, the picture-perfect young lady she might well be. jake honestly doesn't know her well enough to judge. but of course breakfast is boring; it's breakfast! the only excitement there ever is would be the mail or the interactions between the houses. or, on occasion, when people get in shouting matches. now that's funny to watch. jake is easily amused. he'd be the first to admit that he can be a bit sadistic at times, but hey, that's how he was raised. if you had to blame anyone for jake's personality it would be his pureblooded, uptight parents. they'd always taught jake to be proud of his slytherin heritage - and here he was, the model student, prefect of slytherin house. but was it enough? not for his parents, no. sometimes jake felt as if his father's expectations would always be far too high for him to reach. impossible heights meant neverending work for jake, his father's only son. but apparently his father was still too old-fashioned to recognize the pure potential of jake's little sister eve. the fourth year ravenclaw is a genius, though not quite as genius as that boy she always talks about, alvin. he hears the name alvin faintly, over the ruckus of the hall. he spins to see the person in question speaking to the slytherin group further down the table. alvin is a muggle-born. jake refused to use the word mudblood, a small rebellion against his father. but either way, muggle or mudblood, alvin should not be here. it will only end badly.
xxxxxxxjake returns his attention to sarah. "well, breakfast does tend to be that way." he's a bit surprised that she'd bother to invite him to the lake. most everyone avoids jake. maybe, though, it is time to branch out a little. this is his last year at hogwarts. "i'd love to go. but i might be like you - stuck studying. this is my n.e.w.t. year." n.e.w.t. preparation has rapidly become jake's worst nightmare. he'd even resorted to asking eve for help. his sister has actually been a lot better than his potions textbook. however, jake still has plenty of studying and homework to do. mcgonagall has assigned a killer essay, which he is not looking forward to. "actually, i should get started on my homework. then maybe i can go to the lake later."
xxxxxxxjake gets up from the table, pushing back the bench a bit to let himself get out. crumbs kind of fly everywhere as he does so, due to the students around him he's startled. they shoot him nasty glances that jake ignores. then he glances down at the top of sarah's head. "actually, do you want to come? i can help you with potions. and if you're any good at transfiguration..." jake lets the sentence trail off into oblivion. potions is his best subject; transfiguration, his worst. he's always found it pointless and boring.

xxxxxxxxxxx SARAH MARIA BLAKELY
be careful what you wish for
xxxxxxxxxxxSarah allowed her hands to rest in her lap and sat up straight, making herself comfortable. At least, for the sophisticated blonde, it was comfortable. You see, she was taught to always sit up straight at the table, never speak unless spoken to, keep your elbows off the table, use the correct silverware according to the meal, etc. In other words, her mother was keen on manners, so the young Slytherian was taught everything and expected to demstrate her knowledge, too. On the downside, Sarah had a hard time letting loose and developed a sense of humor equivalent to that of a fish. If she ever brought this up, though, her mother would shrug it off and go tell her to study, mumbling she was busy even if it was crystal clear that her mother was not. Snapping her from the memories of her family, Jake explained, "I'd love to go. But I might be like you - stuck studying. This is my n.e.w.t. year." Sarah was a sixth year, but they both took the same exams. Neither were looking forward to the upcoming test day - that was something else they shared in common. It was good to have similarities with your crush, but Sarah was rather sure this did not count.
xxxxxxxxxxxNow moping about the studying and homework she had yet to complete, she nodded in agreement when he mentioned he had to do his homework before thinking about spending some time at the lake. Maybe I should head start studying now as well, the peevish Slytherian thought dourly. Then, the brunet did something Sarah definitely was not expecting. He invited her to join him. "Actually, do you want to come? I can help you with potions. And if you're any good at transfiguration..." Jake trailed off, but she knew what he meant. At the moment, though, the flustered blonde could only focus on how he was actually willing to tutor her. Friend or crush, she was flattered by the idea and was more than willing to return the favor. She was decent at transfiguration. It was not one of her preferred subjects, but the intelligent seventeen-year-old had gotten the hang of it quick. Sarah recalled she was the first in her class to complete a transformation, and vanishment was a piece of cake. In addition, she finally got close to mastering conjuration just the other day. "That would be fantastic!" Sarah replied enthusiastically with obvious delight. Offering some advice for transfiguration in return for help with potions, one of her weaknesses, would be better than fantastic.
xxxxxxxxxxxSarah got up from the table and turned to face Jake with an evident smile on her face. After she knew she would not be alone when it came to facing the vexatious potions test, it looked like she was glowing. She rarely felt that way, and that amount of joy tended to only overcome her when Oscar and her were having a blast... Or if she found out she aced an exam or achieved something equally satisfying. "So I could go get my textbooks, or we could just head to the library. To be honest, they usually have better stuff in there than the textbooks the teachers give us," she explained. "You just have to look in the right place."

Alvin Chester
[ "the mad genius" ] | [ ravenclaw ] | [ fourth year ] | [ tags: rooney, oscar, darragh, jake ] | [ location: great hall, slytherin table ]
[ "There is a fine line between insanity and genius; I have erased this line." ]

Alvin's eyes narrowed slightly as he stared at Oscar and then Darragh, both of whom seemed, to him, to
have the ever-familiar "high-and-mighty," superior expressions on their faces. A small smile twitched at
Alvin's mouth; this was not the first, and nor would it be the last, time he came across this attitude here
at Hogwarts. Because Alvin was muggle-born, he was supposed to not be as good at magic. He was, they
said, inferior. This was a laugh; Alvin had never in a million years considered himself to be inferior, not
to anyone. Well, alright, perhaps to the quidditch players in terms of athletic prowess. Or everyone, for
that matter. Or perhaps to the rest of the world in terms of common sense. But when his intelligence was
in doubt, which wasn't often, or ever, in fact, Alvin felt he could sleep soundly - metaphorically speaking,
of course - in the knowledge that he would beat the offender in exams.
However, being at Hogwarts was different. This time, he was being discriminated against for something he
couldn't change, and it peeved him a little. Maybe if Alvin had a family, he wouldn't feel this way; but he
did, and he felt as though he were being looked down upon because of a bunch of people, none of whom
he actually remembered. Nothing really made Alvin unhappy for too long; it was far more fruitful, he often
felt, to be cheerful at all times. Which was why he was. The mere act of smiling releases endorphins that
cause the emotion of happiness, so therefore people who smile... are more happy than ones who don't.
Alvin
had always stuck to this principle.
Alvin's eyes flicked back to rooney; he opted to ignore the more judgemental slytherins, knowing that they
had been raised with these beliefs their entire lives, knowing that he couldn't change them, and yet also
knowing that some part of him really wanted to try. He rolled the pine wand about six inches away from him,
then let it roll back into his hands, repeating this motion, wondering if there was some spell he could use.
It wouldn't work, of course; all of the students in question had probably seen him do magic at some point
or another in the classroom.
Meanwhile, he was doing calculations in his head. A displacement of energy, according to the First Law of
Thermodynamics, could perhaps set the stage so to speak for a displacement of matter as well.... Matter...
or perhaps it has something to do with dark matter, vanishing objects. Hyperspace, in fact. Who knows what
the laws of physics are in hyperspace... perhaps they don't abide by the same laws, and thus the First Law of
Thermodynamics is kaput, but it still applies to our universe, so we'd need to have a transferral of energy or
matter in order to have it work. Perhaps Vanished objects go into hyperspace, and "nonbeing" is just a really
fancy way of saying it or something. And to conjure something out of thin air....

eah inters
[ "the two-sided jokester" ] | [ gryffindor ] | [ fifth year ] | [ tags: george, alex et al] | [ location: great hall ]
[ "If you obey all the rules, you miss all the fun." ]

Leah nodded severely, her usually playful expression gone as she looked up at her friend. "They never cancel."
She shrugged, confusion evident on her pretty face; Leah usually played Beater, as she was more than a match
for a Bludger despite her thin frame and small stature. "There must be something pretty serious going on right
now.... If you want to go ask McGonagall, I'll come with. I need to see this for myself." She looked up at Alex,
hoping she was going to talk to the professor. McGonagall was strict and short with words, but there were few
things, everyone knew, that she loved more than gryffindor quidditch matches and watching her team win them.
She often hand-picked players herself, just so that they would have a better shot at winning the match. If Alex
wasn't going to go ask her what in the world was going on, Leah would just have to go herself.
She pictured the feeling of zooming around on her Firebolt v. 2.0, intercepting the Bludgers so the rest of the
team could keep flying without worrying about getting hit; she pictured practice, when they tossed out all the
golf balls and everyone, particularly Alex, had to dive to catch them. Leah loved diving; the closer the ground
got, the more she felt like she was flying. There was no better feeling than streaking towards the ground at high
speeds, going into a roll as one neared terminal velocity, and then pulling out of it. Hah. Take that, gravity, she
always thought to herself as she did it, and she always came back with a huge smile on her face, as did the rest
of the team. They were a tightly knit bunch, the gryffindor quidditch team.

ANALEIGHanna watched alvin and rooney talk, he seemed to have this smart expression on his face, probably thinking of rockets or going to class. she wasn't really into a lot of learning, even though she should be with the n.e.w.t.s coming up, she was lucky that she wasn't particularly bad at any class. annie would hit the books tomorrow or the day after. the gaze shifted towards darragh, "so, annie, got anything particularly exciting planned for today?" he had asked her. infact she didn't, most of the time her program was packed with all sorts of things, a lot of the times it was because the school provided so many activities. like going to quiddich tournaments and such, "no, actually. you? i was going to go to the match, but i heard it was canceled." the raven black haired girl stated. she could see on her friend darragh's face that he wished to intrude the conversation rooney was having with alvin, the ravenclaw boy. annie thought of mouthing something to him, but didn't. for the sake of him not blowing up or anything. quickly starting to tap her fingers against the table analeigh looked around, jake and sarah were sitting not far from them, talking about their n.e.w.t.s, it was their first year to take them. last time, she did well. but then again, who could beat people like elle ferne or the others from the house of ravenclaw. they studied non-stop, anna wondered how would she survive that, she was happy to be a slytherin.

WESLEYit was true, apparation depended on who teached it, his father always made it sound really fun, even the fact that they'd probably throw up. he sure had someone nice, but if people like snape used to be, come in, well that could be quite the party. the boy watched as two girls joined them, alexis and leah. "hey alex, hey leah." he greeted them, they were both going on about the quiddich match. being a player himself, he looked around, "i don't think she'll tell us though, if they cancel this match, what will happen to the one between slytherin and hufflepuff next week?" he really loved his broom, flying on it was so relaxing. he was the keeper on the hufflepuff team. it was strange because they usually play even in thunder storms, if they cancel it must be serious.
WESLEYwes put one more pancake on his plate, thinking to himself that he would be fat and sick from it, but clearly he didn't care because he started to eat it.

                - - - - - -clark didn't even have a chance to respond to george's question; at that moment leah winters, burst into the hall, spotted them and bolted over. as she spoke, her words tumbling over each other, his brow creased. clearly then, it was cancelled. two people from different houses didn't get the same piece of information at the same time about quidditch without it being true - mostly. "i don't know!" he was now confused and annoyed and his breakfast was completely abandoned. "they never cancel."
                - - - - - -it was the statement that everyone seemed to be thinking. even alex, who had disappeared after waking up clark, had rushed into the great hall. with the same news and words on her lips. the brunette was about to ask why it looked as if alex had been crying when she thrust a piece of parchment at him. george scanned her face for a second, trying to think why she could have been crying, before actually looking at the paper the seeker on his team had handed him. he let out a sour laugh as he read it. "'today's quidditch match between gryffindor and ravenclaw has been cancelled due to the weather conditions making it extremely dangerous to play.'"
                - - - - - -his voice was incredulous as he read it aloud to the whole group. "they never cancel because of weather. it doesn't even say if they'll reschedule it or not!" instead mcgonagall had signed the bottom, her signature without its usual flourish though. george was too busy reading and rereading the parchment, looking for any hints as to why it had really been cancelled, to hear what kenzie said as she sat down. she didn't look too worried though - maybe because she wasn't on the team. "if you're asking mcgonagall you might get something out of her. depends on how you go about it." he gave a terse smile to the younger girls and finished his goblet of pumpkin juice, handing the parchment back to alex. "i'll come with you too." he stepped out from the bench and gave welsey a friendly slap on the shoulder, not completely focused though. "drew? wes'? clark? kenzie? wanna come find out what the hell is going on?" he asked, thinking as he said it that - if it was cancelled - sophie would kill him for not finding her immediately. oh well. she'll know soon.

year: sixth
house: brave gryffindor
blood: pure-blood
wand: 7" phoenix feather and dragon heartstring
patronus: a horse
pet: her white cat, Star
crush: maybe a little one on George...
friends: rooney, Robbie, leah.
enemies: sarah, and analiegh.
tags: George, leah, clark, ..whoever is with those people.

alex's breath seemed soft, gentle, as she stood beside George. his voice rang throughout her ears as he read the parchment she had just recently handed him out of urgency. biting her lip, alex looked down for a moment, trying to get him to stop looking at her face. please don't ask me, please don't, she secretly thought. but she knew George; he wouldn't ask her if she had been crying in front of the whole team, or most of it, at least, would he? hopefully not. but before he could after reading it, alex quickly stated, "yeah, well...I'm going to go find her right now. seeing as i'm the seeker, and you're the captain...we have a right to know what's going on," the girl was referring to the handsome seventh year; he was older than alex and leah by one year, and knew more about the quidditch grounds than they did, but they also knew quite a lot, since alex had been seeker for five years straight.
the sixth year brushed a lock of her brown hair behind her right ear and looked at the whole group, her heart starting to beat faster. she was used to being in a large group of people, but she had never heard such gryffindors actually talk to her like this in a while. when was it? last week? last month? she didn't know. but seeing that George had been searching her face for a certain answer, she sent a short, quick nod towards him to tell him silently, we'll talk later. her deep brown eyes that held flecks of silver within them locked onto his for a moment before she uneasily shifted away, breaking their eye contact. George would never be interested in her. a sixth year? and plus, she had known for a while that he had a thing for Robbie. guess she didn't have a chance.
she stood up straighter, pushing her shoulders back and raising her head. knowing that the team might actually be counting on her and George and leah to find out some news, she knew she couldn't mess this up. she smiled at leah and George, and the rest of the team and said, "well, are you coming or not?" she questioned light-heartedly, fiddling with her necklace. it was the picture of a snitch that had a loose circle around it. a time-mover. professor McGonagall had given it to her the beginning of her second year. she tried not to make it obvious, but when she was slightly nervous, she would play with it. she quickly removed her hand from the necklace and hid it under her white blouse that was beneath her robe. she let out a quiet breath and waited, slightly turned, to get ready to move to the professor's office. this sure seemed like it was going to be a long day. who knew was could come up?

he quickly scanned Robbie's face for any certain hidden reaction, and looked down at his feet to hide a smile as he spotted a bright red flush to her cheeks. he wasn't well known to blush a lot, but he could tell that this one was. he had a feeling that Robbie was embarrassed, or maybe even startled that he wanted to hang out with her. well, Robbie seemed like a nice person in ravenclaw, and luke thought she was pretty and seemed like a fun ravenclaw to hang out with. then he looked up, a half smile sliding upon his lips as he looked over her body quickly for one second, testing body language. as she hopped down from the ledge, his smile grew wider and he shrugged, his blue eyes bright. he knew that if she abandoned her book, then Robbie definitely had considered his question.
as she made the shy statement about getting breakfast, luke's stomach rumbled on cue, and pretty loud, too. he started to laugh, smiling at the girl in front of him. "well, I guess my stomach's agreeing with that," he chuckled, reaching forwards to take her books from her hands. it was a sweet gesture, for at least luke. he realized that Robbie was being awful quiet, and he desperately groped for something to loosen her up. he bit his lip as he turned to go along with her, wondering what could make her feel comfortable around him. "you know," luke murmured, his shaggy blonde hair brushing his forehead lightly, "I don't exactly bite. it's not like I'm going to bring you somewhere secret to kill you." his light-hearted statement was a small joke, and he side-glanced at Robbie as they took the stairs from the clock tower.
two familiar shadows appeared downstairs as he walked by. as they both approached closer, lucas spotted the two faces of elle and oliver. a small smile crept up his tan face. he had always had a feeling that elle had feelings for oliver, and could easily tell by the strong, blazing blush in her tan cheeks. he tried not to make it obvious that he was looking and quickly averted his strong blue gaze from them, elle's apologies echoing in his ears. he glanced around quietly, awaiting the girl's response In which he had spoken to.

rooney fallon ( slytherin ) ✧ post 4

Postby carrie dee. » Sat Aug 10, 2013 5:31 pm

rooney fallon
          THE IMPERFECT SLYTHERIN !
ROONEYwith a friendly smile, rooney sat down her now-empty mug and wiped her hands on her jeans. though she just met him, alvin wanted to make rooney laugh. he was obviously thinking about a million things all at once - something she couldn't do successfully herself - and seemed a bit deranged. but he seemed friendly enough. at the moment, though, alvin seemed to be miles away, deep in his own thoughts. rooney wasn't sure if she should snap him out of his reverie or to simply let him be, but she felt that his question should be answered. clearing her throat as a gentle warning, she turned to look back at the ravenclaw boy.
ROONEY"i'm in my seventh year. what about you?" roo asked with genuine curiosity. he was confident for somebody that looked much younger than she was. most of the lower years wouldn't have the nerve to approach a table full of sixth and seventh years, especially if they were all members of the infamous slytherin house. but, she supposed she wasn't so scary. it seemed that a majority if the other houses came up to rooney to chat ( though she hasn't the slightest clue as to why, seeing that she's surrounded by her slytherin housemates constantly ).
ROONEYit took her a moment to realize that she was finished with breakfast. the great hall was full now, her quiet morning interrupted by the conversations of others. the blonde girl brushed any spare crumbs off of the table, brushing her jeans off once more. rooney sighed, disappearing into her own thoughts as she contemplated what she wanted to do for the rest of the day. obviously, with the amount of interruptions she was receiving, studying for the upcoming n.e.w.t.s. wasn't in the picture. going to the lake would be nice, but roo worried that she'd shiver so much everybody could hear her bones cracking against one another. taking a quick glance back at darragh and annie, she was relieved to see that they'd fallen in to easy conversation. news of the canceled quidditch game traveled quickly to rooney's ears, but she set the information aside for later. those things were better left for when he was alone.
TAGGED ; alvin, darragh, annie

( this was crappy and rushed. sorry! )
