Any artist can do so if it is requested by a person. There are only four slots however and once those are filled that's that. You can yes.

It's not difficult guys everything is stated quite clearly and I said warnings will be given for not sending payment/repeatedly not getting a form right. It wastes both the artists time and everyone who is looking to grab a slot.

I am now adding another rule that if you do not fill out your form correctly and do not send payment then you will be unable to apply again per the slots opening.
