How does PPS Simas sound? They will be really rare and I'll figure out a way to determine them

That sounds good, maybe something like 1/100 number generator? Or have raffles or events of some kind that offer some kinda item that will turn a young sima PPS. Also sorry i know you did not ask for ideas but meh... >.<
