Read the FAQ. You cannot give away any coins/gems.

No. You must buy it on your own.

Basically I open the forms and people guess a number. (1-3) When I feel like I should close the game, I go to random.org, chose 'generate a number from 1-3' and then go with that number. The first person who successfully guessed the number chosen, wins a gem. Everyone else gets 5 coins.

I'm not sure what you mean, sorry. The gummies are hidden in my posts, I'm afraid you will have to just look through them. Don't forget that there's a search function, though!
