"Hello and welcome to the Below the Sea Event!
I'm Pescado, this Event's mascot.
My pattern is based off of a Scorpion Fish, which leads me to what this Event is about.
This is the 'Below the Sea' Event, an Event all for fish and other water-dwelling animals.
During this Event we will have fish-themed litters and games!
There may be a raffle to find me a home near the end, but it is still to be decided.
Dove may end up keeping me, but she can't decide.
In other words, she thinks it's greedy to keep me."

This is our first Event game; the Shell Hunt!
Please listen closely while I explain how this works."
"We fish-squirrels need shells very much. We use flat ones to make den walls, round ones as seats and tables, long ones as supports, basically our entire dens are made of shells. Every year, we fish-squirrels go out to a smaller island off the coast of Pixel Island for a party. When we got back this year, all our shells were gone! We need help finding them again so we can rebuild our homes!
"To help, look through the posts on any of the PS threads. If you find the words 'something shimmers on the sand', quote the post and paste it into the form here! Dovepawlover will reply to your post, along with what you found. You can find any of the four shells we use, or some trash, which is worth nothing. Each shell gives you some 'credits' that you can use to get prizes at the end of the event! It is required for you to read the rules before posting!
- Conch Shell, used as tables and decorations.

- Star Fish, used as decorations or *bad* roofs.
Five Credits
- Clam Shell, used for roofs, walls, and floors.

The Squirrel Park

Heard of a Dog-Park? This is a Squirrel-Park! Here, you can bring any of your PS'es for a nice day out. This isn't located on the island, but in a city full of Squirrel Lovers- so all of the Squirrels there are domestic and playful. You can play fetch, walk them, or just let them run, or waddle, loose! The Squirrels love this place, it's like a slice of their original home. Now, some Squirrels who don't have homes and live on the streets come here as well. When they're caught they are sent to the Pound. No Squirrels really want to go there, they would rather go straight to an owner. When you're out walking or playing with your Squirrel, you may see one of these strays. You can choose to send them to the Pound or take them home!

In short, you can bring your Squirrel here and play with them. There is a slight chance that when you bring them out for the day you can find a stray PS. You can send them to the Pound or bring them home with you. Please read below for the rules, form and Q&A.

Rules
1.] You may only bring two Squirrels out at once, and only once a day.
2.] When your Squirrel has grown tired, you can't bring that same Squirrel out until it is perky again.
3.] If you choose to send a Stray PS to the Pound, it will be open for anyone to try for.
4.] You may pretty up forms, though please, no gifs.
5.] Don't complain if you don't find any strays.

Questions and Answers
Q: Why did you make this?
A: I have gotten a few PMs with people asking for a game that is open 24/7, not one that closes when an event ends. I decided to go ahead and do it, and I actually think it will be fun.
Q: What does become 'tired' or 'perky' mean?
A: When you take the same Squirrel(s) out each day for a few days, they grow tired and no longer want to go. They will remain tired for a day or two, and in that time you can't take them out at all. When they become perky, it means that they are ready to go back to the Park.
Q: Is there a limit to how many Strays you can get?
A: Currently, no. There isn't a limit.
Q: Can you find any prizes other than Strays?
A: During events you will be able to find other prizes, but when they're not going on you can only find Strays.
Q: Who makes the Strays?
A: I do. Though Artists/Co-Owners are allowed.
Q: What happens when you bring two Squirrels out at once?
A: When you bring two Squirrels out at once, you have a larger chance of finding Strays. You can even sometimes find two. But, all Strays you find with two Squirrels are less rare than ones you find with one. Plus both Squirrels become tired easily.
Q: What would happen if I brought someone else's Squirrel out?
A: If you brought someone else's Squirrel, it would be considered stealing. At least you would be banned from the game, at most you will be given a strike. I suggest only using yours. Last edited by

Staff Rules
If you are a staff member, please read through the list of rules under the ranking. Also, please keep in mind that some rules are not on here; such as all litters must be transparent, and Mods/Artists/any staff but Dove cannot do Code-Drops or decide rarities. Mini Mods and Guest Artists are not on this list, as they aren't actual staff. The only rules for them is that Guest Artists must send in litters when ever they get an idea, and their minimum is two a year. They cannot mod. Mini Mods can mod but cannot give out punishments.
These rules are outdated and a few of them do not apply anymore. Please check with me for the current rules; this will be updated eventually.
Mods
Mods keep people from spamming on the thread, as well as rule breaking and stealing. These guys are an important part of this place; everyone must listen to them. Though I can overrule what they say.
❤ You need to set and example for all the other users here at PS. Be kind, don't spam, and follow every rule.
❤ You aren't allowed to give bans, though you can give out warnings.
❤ You cannot hire/fire staff.
❤ No making Squirrels without my permission.
❤ Stay active.
❤ Keep other users from spamming, fighting, and demanding Squirrels.
Artists
Artists supply me with extra litters to put for adoption. Their job is hard, because the longer this place is around, the less ideas there are to use. All Artists are also Mini-Mods,- as in they can Mod but they cannot deal out punishments.
❤ You also need to set and example. Follow all rules and be nice to everyone here.
❤ You're required to send in two litters each month.
❤ Just because you're an Artist, doesn't mean you can make yourself free Customs or Breedings.
❤ Do not post raffles without my permission.
❤ Do not steal ideas, either from fellow Artists, off-site, or other threads.
❤ Do not make a Custom or Bred Litter for someone unless I accept their form for one.
❤ Stay active.
❤ You can mod, but you can't give out strikes, bans, or warnings.
❤ You can reserve from litters, but there must be five or more in it.
❤ You can get a week off if your sick or unable to get on- no other reasons. 'I have no ideas' isn't a good excuse.
❤ If you are to use PhotoBucket to upload litters, you cannot delete them. This goes for all other uploading sites.
Head Mod
The Head Mod is the most active, helpful Mod on the thread. They got their rank by being on here 24/7 for at least six months. The Head Mod can be switched out with someone else if they are not doing their job, or if someone else deserves the spot. This only happens once every six months, and if not then never.

Co-Owners
Co-Owners are other users who help me run the thread. It is possible to fire them from staff, even though they are ranked as an 'owner'. Co-Owners help out as much as possible, send in as many litters as they are able, and help me to plan Events.
❤ Set an example. It is most likely users will copy what you do.
❤ Stay active.
❤ Send in as many litters as your able, two a month if the minimum, though.
❤ You're able to give out strikes, bans, and warnings. If I think it's unfair it won't be counted, though.
❤ Just because you're a Co-Owner, doesn't mean you can make yourself free Customs or Breedings.
❤ Follow all rules for all other Staff members.
❤ You still have to listen to what I say- and obey any rules I tell you.
❤ You guys take turns reserving. Sometimes the litter is to small to reserve for everyone; do not complain.
Admin
The Admin *me* is the current full-owner of the thread, and/or maker of the lineart. They have to follow all the rules listed for every staff member, as well as five of their own. Their job is the hardest; they have to run the thread, mod if Mods aren't on, make litters when Artists can't, host Events, do Code-Drops, hire and fire staff, many, many things. It makes their job harder when people spam or fight- so please, please follow the rules. It helps more than you realize.
❤ You do the Code-Drops, only you.
❤ Make a minimum five litters a month.
❤ Give all Squirrels rarities.
❤ You can ban, strike, warn, hire, and fire. But only for fair reasons.
❤ No reserving from every litter.
