I personally think you would probably be better off choosing someone else because i'm not sure how well I can do Skeleton markings. I can try if you want to wait, but i've never done them before so it is up to you

Color: I would love if you could use light browns and pastel colours {blues and other colours which are similar would be simply adored -- though if you feel something else would fit better, go for it}, I hope, if you can, that you could make the design fairly complicated? I'd really appreciate it, thank you, if you are able to do it, and well, thank you regardless.
Mane Color: Well; I'm not sure what would fit, but I feel that maybe a darker brown may suit. -- Could the tail be the same colour please?
Patterns:Well, as aforementioned, pastel colours, preferably in the form of swirls or animal markings, please?
Eye color: Deep Purple
Antlers: No, but thank you.
Tail Jewelry: Also no, but again, thank you!
Wings: Yes please, and could the wings be coloured similarly to the rest of the body; e.g the lower part of the wing {closest to the body} is the same colour as the mane, and has the animals markings {maybe in a different colour, it's up to you} and the lower part of the wing {the longer feathers} would be the same colour as the main body! Thanks.
Sari Color: The pastel colour you decide on and a neon version of the colour.
Tip: Most definitely; depending on how well you do it you'll most likely get between a 2011 - 2013 rare/store-pet.
