You don't have to draw one yourself, that's the artist's jobs, Cat. c: Just click on one of the designs you like on page 1, make sure the competition to get it is still going, and make a form with akami's and the artists qualifications. :3

Are you trying out for a mutato? That one is a custom and is not up for adoption. If you want to try out, you must post on the actual design thread. All the available mutatoes are on the front page as well as all the rules for adopting.

Everything you need to know is on the front page. If you want to make one you have to try out in the competition and be made into an artist. Otherwise, you can try out for any of the existing designs available.

What kind of form? I'm still not clear about this.

Click on one of the designs and read the first post. They will tell you exactly what they want. All you have to do is answer the questions given and post.
