A loved and popular ML artist has been "stealing designs" from other adoption centers for their mwitten litter ideas. What do you do?:
first, I would notify sunny with all the information and proof I have. And since she is the owner of this thread, I would leave something that big to her. Because If I stuck my nose too deep into it, I might give ML a bad name, or burn bridges that are not mine to burn.

A new user who has never adopted a mwitten before, keeps on trying to fill out a form to adopt a mwitten. They continuously are:
I might go as far to PM them and explain to them how adoptions work and how fast they are taken. I would make sure they understand how to adopt a mwitten.

Have you ever been banned anywhere?:
As far as my knowledge goes, I have never been banned or given a strike anywhere.

Modded anywhere?
Yes. I modded on flipped when it was running, and I have owned two adoption agencies.
