A loved and popular ML artist has been "stealing designs" from other adoption centers for their mwitten litter ideas. What do you do?:
First,I would politely tell them to, fire lack of a better term, knock it off. If they kept the designs,I would inform all adoption centers involved. It really shouldn't matter if they are loved or not, everyone should be treated equally when it comes to things like this.

A new user who has never adopted a mwitten before, keeps on trying to fill out a form to adopt a mwitten. They continuously are:
For the first few times I would quote the first post stuff like the other mods did, but if it's the same person over and over again I would give them a warning after a few times, then eventually a strike would be placed. I would always be patient to my best abilities and do my best to be polite.

Have you ever been banned anywhere?:
Not that I know of.

I will also PM the owner and artists of ML to stop doing it. If it dosen't stop, maybe, just maybe, ML will need to be locked. I will always try to be the politest I can.

I've always loved mwittens and was really fascinated by them. I stupidly joined late in the second version. There was a lot of drama so I never really posted. I posted for a litter and was just able to snag her. Then I entered a raffle. Both times I was in awe at the beautiful mwittens. I really want to strive and bring the same feeling to others. Because I just imagine it feels great. I also want to improve my art so I can be a better artist and do art trades and stuff. Over time my feelings would change because I would have a different perspective. I would be apart of the crew who makes up Mwitten Lollapalooza. And for that I would be honered.

A new user who has never adopted a mwitten before, keeps on trying to fill out a form to adopt a mwitten. They continuously are: Spamming, and creating confusion for other members.
Have you ever been banned anywhere?: Yeah, at Crystal Forest Adoptions. I just wanted to be banned from there though, so I told fenne to tell the owner to ban me xD
Modded anywhere?: Yes, at an "LPS Collecters" Thread. I'm the co-owner and a mod there.

Even though I am a Gust Artist here, I want to do a full-time job and not a part-time job ^_^ ... I believe that I have enough pixel skills to be an Artist here at ML. I absolutely love the Mwitten LA, and it is so easy to work with; shaded or unshaded.

How much time do you spend on ML per week?:
On CS in general, a lot more than I probably should! You can even say 24/7, I'm in for the majority of the day in some way or another. If I dot have access to CS on a computer, I'm on my phone! I'm online from pretty late at night to fairly early in the morning. Being the insomniac I am, my night is filled with spending time on CS instead of sleeping. I can't seem to ever have enough time online. Though, honestly, there are certain times I may not be able to be online, but you'll be notified early in advance. Life can get in the way, after all. c:
If you just want to know about ML, it's the majority of the time. Even when I'm not posting on this thread, I'm lurking, and checking back to see if anything's new every couple minutes. You could call it a bit sad how frequently I'm looking to see if anything's new. xD
So, overall, every day, every week.

Of course! I completely understand. It's your job as the owner to keep mwittens running smoothly, a job that's certainly impossible to accomplish if your artists are making bad litters or just generally goofing off! While I can't lie and say that I wouldn't feel sad, I would. But I would still continue coming back to this thread and community, no matter what. ^.^
I actually have firsthand experience of staff not doing their jobs, as it happened with my own adoptables at times. Because of this, I know how to be an efficient team member without going overboard to acting just plain stupid.

What program(s) do you use?:
I have a program for Mac called Pixen. It's specially designed for no type of artwork EXCEPT pixel art! I've been using it for a really long time now, and I know all the ins and outs. If I can't use Pixen or some reason, Photoshop is always right there, ready to make litters with if needed.

Can you animate mwittens?:
Both Photoshop and Pixen come with tremendous animation abilities. I can do anything from walking, to blinking, to bobbing! Anything you can think of, I can animate. If you're interested in seeing specific examples, just PM me and I'll happily send them your way.
If some specific examples are alight, I have a few.
.:X:. The animated ML banner I made, showcasing two animations. These include fading in/out, (as shown when ML's name comes in and out) and a simple "appear" animation. (used with all the mwittens)

Can you shade the mwitten lineart?:
Of course! I can also shade any line edits, add-ons, accessories, etc. Plus, I've managed to master dithering, the shading technique shown on the second front page under the artist tips.

Do you understand you must make at least 1-2 litters each week?:
Well, I used to own an adoption center myself, and managed to make at least one litter pretty much every day! As I can't say I'll be that active ALL time, you'll definitely get a good amount of litters from me. If something comes up, and I can't, you will be PMed as soon as possible so you have time to gather other litters.

I would love to bring some of these really weird and fun design ideas to everyone! An example would be snail mwittens. Who doesn't love snails? I'm hoping to channel some of my randomness into cute new mwittens for everyone to enjoy. c:
Mwittens were also my very first adoptable, and I still like them now. I would love to give back for everything I've gotten from you all. <3

Please write a short paragraph explaining why you want to be an Artist: I want to become an artist because I have been with ml since version 1 and ever since I saw the first mwitten was in love. ML has been through some tough times but only true ml fans have gone through that with ml. I wish to help bring back ml with new fans! I have a lot of time on my hands and I love art. I love mwittens and was so proud when I got my first mwitten. I want other people to feel proud when they get there first mwitten. ML is starting over and future is looking bright. I would be honored to be given the roll as an artist and will always follow the rules and responsabilities.

My dream is for people to acknowledge me for my art skills, being on the ML staff would definatly let me acheive that and much more. I love doing little animations, so yes, I could definitely animate Mwittens.

Yep. I know how shading works and I think it's really fun, especially with pixels.

Throughout these past weeks with ML being extremely inactive and with everyone leaving it's been tough. It breaks my heart, honestly. I hope that with the new artists, mods, and you, Sunny, as the new owner, ML will once again be great and active. I would be so honored to be an artist for one of my favorite adopts on this site. I have tons of ideas for litters that I'm sure everyone would love. I am also a very reliable person and would be determined to make sure ML got litters every week. Basically, I don't want to see ML fall into a pit of inactivity.

I have never been banned anywhere. I'm generally a very respectable and calm person.

How much time do you spend on ML per week?:
Per week? Well, for the past few months I've just been a stalker, though recently i've began to try for my very own. {{ To no avail quite yet }} Though, Now that i'm more active, and have points I spend about 1-3 hours a day on here, mind the fact that I am excluding those days on which I am not available for the computer.

I understand I can be demoted from my position if I'm not doing a good job:
Of course I understand that.
If I'm not making enough litters, or if I am in fact doing terribly, I'd rather be demoted than be defiled when my litters aren't taken.

What program do you use?
Microsoft Paint. <3
it may not be the greatest program, and I'd be more than willing to switch to another, though that Is what I'm currently using.

Hmm, I'm more of amateur in means of animating, so I wouldn't risk failing at it. ;//w//;
Though, If push comes to shove and I would have to, I have a few friends who could teach me the basics.

The end of my stalking here, and my start as a partial member of the Mwitten Lollapalooza Community. Odd, huh? Well, It really started when Juliet showed me just a glimpse of what she was doing, for a litter as a guest artist. And well. . .I fell far too hard for these little cats to not try and be an artist. Not to mention, that just recently Churros and I think shadows taught me a usful technique for paint. <3 I just hope I'd have the grace to at least try to be a part of the staff.
