So I have always wanted to own my own species and I've recently come up with one! They are called "Insomnia Flyers". Unfortunately, all I have to start with is a basic description. This is where you guys come in. You may enter up to 2 times, and that's all. Since all I've started with is a description, you may tweak it a bit or add on things. Just make sure to tell me what you've added so I can consider it.
By entering, you have agreed that:
~ You will only enter up to two times.
~ You give me permission to use this line art with various things such as: adoptables, reference, etc. (No matter if you win or not) Of course I will give credit to you for the lines.
~ You will add layers to your lines. Shading is optional. Extras and tweaks to the species are bonuses and boosts your ranking.
~ You will not bash any other entries. I will not tolerate that and you will be disqualified.
~ You will put forth effort onto this and will understand that 5 minute designs will usually be at the bottom of the rankings.
The description:
Adult Insomnia flyers are as large as full-grown Great Danes. They have many features resembling wolves, but are much different. They have medium fur except for a large tuft (longer fur) around their necks. Their fur can come in almost any color but it is rare for one to have only one color. They sprout large feathered wings like birds and have long whiskers like cats. The color of their eyes are almost always the same color as an orb they wear attached to a necklace. All Insomnia Flyers have their own unique symbol on their front left leg (You don't have to draw one on your entry). They usually have slim tails or bob tails but never a full fluffy tail. This species have the ability to not only fly, but sprout trees of any real kind (oak trees, cherry trees, etc.)
So why are they called Insomnia Flyers? They don't sleep much. That's right. These creatures will only need an hour of sleep each day and they'll feel fully refreshed. They are carnivores and eat any meat offered to them except human. Because of their calm and friendly nature, they can be kept as guardians. Insomnia Flyers will usually become attached to one human or a family and will protect them with its life. It is as strong as a bear x2 but will only attack if necessary.
