For the horses I make, can I please decide who adopts them? He was already his, I just had to say so and remove him from the list. Also, should I make an archive?

Yes natraul colors and Im pretty sure Thunder will accept. Although you should probably adopt one first or order a custom (Which are free as the name implies).
