Sad to see you go boosh, i hope ML will become more normal soon. Things seem to be jumbled up in one big mess and people are leaving because of it, lets try to unscramble this and put ML back together again. atleast i haven't heard of many trolling, but that is only a first step to recovering from the hard loss of many staff members. hopefully the New leader will be as good as you have been, boosh, etho, and KM.
