@Owwl I think I'm going to revise the rules a little bit
You can be allowed 1 custom per ever 10 designs you make- thus only full artists are eligible for more than one custom
For example
any number 1-10 may be a custom
any number 11-20 may be a custom
any number 21-30 may be a custom and so on

You may give these customs to friends, however, that will count as your one custom per that bunch of 10 C:
