Some very nice blues in here :) The eye is definitely dragonlike, and the blue around the outside is an interesting touch. your fire, too, is interesting and different. :D
improvement: you haven't spent very long on it. it looks scruffy. you need to tidy up your lines, add some detail, and a bit more colour to it. :)
