Went with a sort of fairy-ish color scheme. I can't decide whether it looks more like a fairy creature of water creature, so I'll probably do another with an oceany color scheme.

I am very impressed with your use of subtle shading. It really looks like a fairy dragon! The colours are simple and go together well, and you've sharpened up my lines. Proper;)
Improvement: something eye catching, like a patch of pattern etc. something original would make it amazing :)
