Your colour scheme is interesting. This must be a fire dragon, no doubt. I like the touches of brightness in the horns and bone. The eye is also very nice, contrasting with your dragon's body colour. Your shading gives definition to the neck web
Improvement: cleaner lines, maybe some interesting patterned patches. Be original
