To answer my own;
I think that if you feel that it no longer represents you fully, go ahead and change it. But the people that constantly switch out every other month or more get on my nerves. Don't change your fursona because you have a design you love better. Change it because you yourself have changed.
Some people I've seen have had so many different ones I can't even remember them all. It's just always bugged me.

I've only changed mine once. I had Essence for three years, and made her at a bad time. I've grown up, so now I have Corinthian and she's stayin.

I dunno. Changing your sona so much as I've seen people do just gets on my nerves. But I have no right to judge or stop them.

What are you're opinions on continuous fursona changes?
It irks me too, a bit. My fursona, Dragonfly, is perfect, and though in the past I have changed my 'sonas often, I made her and she's perfect. Like you said, people should make a fursona because it represents them, and not because they like the design.

Linka- 1 year switched out because I matured
talia-2 month maybe less once i disscovered venus fit me better i switched too her instead. At first they both were.
Venus: Going on 2 Years now :3

I agrree with changing it if they do not fit you anymore, I don't think It is good to change on whim though. Your might regret it.

What are you're opinions on continuous fursona changes?

I think it's silly to change your fursona every time you see a pretty new design. It's likely that new design doesn't even fit you as a person.
However, I think you can change as much as you want if you're actively trying to find a new fursona for yourself. For example, I've designed all of my fursonas except one. I've been trying my hardest to find one that fits, but nothing has clicked. So I stopped for a while, slowed down, and am currently working on a new one. As long as you're not just picking ones with pretty designs, you can change as much as you need.

When someone commissions you, and you finish their commissions and they haven't sent the payment after a few days, so you PM them, but they are refusing to send the payment, JUST because you drew the tail in your own style and not how they like it, and they are saying that they will not send the payment until it is drawn correctly.. what do you do?

Personally, if it were me, and I could draw the tail in the way they want--I would redraw the tail. If it only took me a few minutes and a few edits ._. sure. I want my payment. I'd just fix the tail and be like "okay, how 'bout now."

it depends, did the sona ever fit them in the first place?
I mean some people may just have trouble developing sonas correctly and therefore change them
personally I haven't technically changed sonas [well I did twice but I went back soon after]

I would just delete the comission and just tell them their loss haha
but I think the, eh, mature thing to do would be to change the tail
basically never follow anything childish that I say
