How do you request a custom?
Do you have a specific form?
Are customs open right now? If not when will they be?

Probably stupid questions, but i couldn't find where to get a custom FJD.

Colors:his eyes are a really light pink, His hair fades from light blue to dark blue. He has white okapi markings on his legs.

Items/ add ons: Could he have a mane of hair tied into a pony tail w/ a leather strip, moon necklace and ear rings w/cuffs, and silver arm bands on all four legs
