It's not that people are taking a design and claiming it as their own. It's that they are creating fan art of it. Amaterasu's design is copyrighted to Clover Studio, the game designing company that created it. By taking her design and placing it on a Bestia, which you then claim as your own, the artists of this thread would be pushing the boundaries of "fan art" extremely. Plain and simple.

Truthfully, I'm tired of having to repeat this rule. I've said it so many times to so many people...
If you can't follow the rules that Tess set to keep art theft off the threads, then don't post here.

I hate seeming so grr... But it's tiring. You shouldn't argue with mods, and it's unfair to us being that the owner is at horse camp right now. *breaths heavily* I'm gonna cease my ranting now, before I get too touchy...

When you give us a picture as reference for a custom, its usually a character or design that YOU own or a picture that you'd like us to base it off of.
We cannot copy a design that you do not own because without permission from the owner that would be infringing on copyright issues.
When we do use a picture as reference that is not a character, we will take certain elements from it and design based on that, we don't simply try to copy and paste the photo onto the bestia.

Hello again! I'm back from horse camp guys, it was great fun! I see that you have been well without me, but a few problems with copyright again? This is driving me mad you know that? That people don't bother reading the site rules and only risk themselves getting reported and the thread being filled up with spam and not-belonging to them characters? We already had one bestia removed due to copyright, and there are more I actually have to start thinking about removing before we get into trouble.
When I made this thread I thought about not making a rules section, I thought everyone knew the site rules and that's the only you will have to follow, plus it makes the thread more boring, but now I just don't have a choice but re-write the most obvious and recently broken site rules. It feel so sorry for all the mods to continuously warning and correcting other people's orders, I even lost count of how many times they did!
So thank you mods for keeping this thread nice and steady while I was gone, You helped me out a bunch
