This poem is based on the theory of the big bang.

The Theory

Worlds collide.
Science to Fiction.
Cannot ease the unstable friction.
Myth to efficient.
Proclaiming your most valid decision.
Hypothesising the scientific reason.

Is it ok?

@ Rem: Deeeeeep. (and so prettily said as well). *nod nod nod* I usually just consider myself an empiricist because it saves mental energy. I can write silly stories about mad-scientists and cyber-mafiosos instead of wondering if anything is real. ^-^

It is interesting to consider though - especially the consequences of the idea of alternate logical systems (such as eastern philosophy). The main evidence for traditional logic to be valid is how well it fits what we perceive reality as. The world that we live in seems true because it makes logical sense, and logic seems real because it fits neatly with reality. (In other words, reality seems real because it makes logical sense, and logic makes sense because it fits with reality.) Of course that's circular logic and not valid anyway. o.O And what if our senses can't be trusted, where does that leave us?

And that's where I say to heck with it all, I'm trusting my senses till further notice. xD

@ Totoro: Lovely poem. ^-^ The last two lines seem just a tad off, and I'm not sure why (not a poetry writer), but the rest of it is fantastic. (Also, the gif. Omg the gif. xD)

I think the last line is probably fine it's just the second last line.
