You can get more than one in a row, but you may not get more than 5 a day.

After the one week of water balloon collecting, You can fill out the forum to throw a water balloon at someone. When that happens, they will win a water item! This event is all about friendship! :D .... By getting each other wet with water balloons. XD

Are items in the archive? If so, I think I'll just throw a water balloon at the person with the least number of items to help them out.

Or maybe at a friend. I don't really know. Or maybe one each.
