Im not sure if this is a good time to ask because there seems to be a lot of confusion going on..... but I was wondering if we are allowed to gift or JMDs to other users? Because I own #28 but I find myself not giving her the attention she deserves and I would like to gift her to Meep Meep?

Yes, however the JMD pound rules would apply, so you'd loose that slot and it'd be replaced by a baby slot. If you have any questions please PM me, or Fail In Love ^^
