Dress and Makeup for Neva

Nenenenene I had so much fun doing this!
The dress is just a simple cream high-low dress with a blue silk belt and a sequin top.Makeup is just lip stain,navy eyeliner,light blue eyeshadow and white on her waterline.Oh,and white near her tearducts.
