design theft... well as long as you post the picture you're copying the colors from.
i don't believe its "Deisgn" theft. its deffinately not art theft.

No, it's design theft. First, they didn't give credit to CS. Second, they called it their fursona... This is an exact copy of the pet I posted.

eh, i see what you mean
I sometimes copy a design off of a CS pet, but i always post my refferance...
I see your point about her calling it her Fursona...

A CS pet can't be used as a 'sona, the design is (C) CS and not your own.

No she didn't make it up... read the second post. It's exactly like the CS horses from November-ish. The Glowing ones.

    Its is theft. that is that.
    Do you see credit to CS?
    Do you see the CS pet??
    And do you think they created the design?
    What some other made, you CANT make it a fursona, or a char ect.
    You just cant.
