Personally, I don't know what they were thinking, but I guess they specifically wanted the pythons to be better snakes and the dragons to be better lizards(which now they are...) and didn't want them to mix. Oh well, thank goodness Scientists are picky, right? because now we get to keep the result.

I just noticed that the embryo is separate from the egg and you can color it's adult design on that and I LOVE IT.

Lol! I'm glad! I was thinking of just having the egg and then I realized it would look better if the egg remained the same color always since that's how snake and lizard eggs work. But I think there are some reptile eggs that are translucent, so I did that. This way the potential owner can get a preview of the markings of their AL before purchasing/competing for it. ^^

I'm working on creating Piebald LA layers now for all three stages. :3 I finished Piebald 1.

^^ Always happy to please. And this is a lot of fun for me too! :3 My family and I were at a festival a while back and all I could do was think about what the hatchling phase would look like. I ended up spending most of the time sketching. XD

Thank you! I was a little bit since I'm going on a week long trip soon, but that'll give me a couple days after the trip to tie up any loose ends. :3 I'm nearly done with the piebalds. Then I think I'll work on female differences. I thought that the females could have belly fur which reminds me that the mutation actually did work a little bit: the AL evolved slightly and emits a faint body heat. The belly fur on the female is for catching the body heat when she lays on her eggs in order to distribute it better. :3 What do you think?
