A quick question that I've been dying to have answered:
Guest Artists are only allowed to make 2 kias, right? So what about runner-up's? Will those count?
(If I made a mistake in the info then tell me, I'm not sure it GA's can make runner up's, I haven't read the rules in a while)

Guest artists are not allowed to create runner ups.

I know I might sound a little stupid, but...

If Kias cannot be used for fursonas, what can they be used for? I'm not very sure, since I haven't been around here, in the oekaki forum and such, for a long while.

Just characters that you draw or write about. They just can't be you in animal form and stuff.

Fox- It's just as parlez has said. ^.^ Kias are meant to be characters, to RP, draw, or write stories on. They aren't meant to express you as a person, though they can have your traits and such. :3 Hope that answered your question!

I never understood why 'fursonas' were made, so I wasn't all too keen to try to win one for that, until I saw the rules. >3<
