These aren't free. You need to send in pets to artists to get "Candi Apples" once you get those you will be added to each artists bank. Then you pay the amount each pet costs and subtract it from your bank total in order to get a new bank total.

It's all explained on the front page. If you can't bother to read it, you can't adopt from here.
