Yep, each artist sets their own price for their BD pets. Be sure to carefully read how many points each pet may or may not be worth as some artists do not accept certain pets.

So when the artist said an OMG So Rare was worth unlimited art to they really mean it or it has to be an OMG So Rare above the big gap? Or it's an OMG So Rare above the Zebra's which would mean the UR Butterfly wolf like the artist winter.fireflii stated. Also when they mean unlimited do they mean as many Bloom Dapple pets as you want including customs?
