I just snuck it into rule #7.

7. Do not ask when a new pet will be posted & wait 72 hours between adopts.

We want everyone to have a chance to adopt and use their CA, even if they don't spend a large amount of time on CS. Thanks guys!

Just 1 for the time being. If the amount of BD pets released increases greatly we'll re-evaluate and adjust this rule as needed.
