They're decided by how many forms are posted for each one, and the raffles are held on odd days, and today is an even one. So tomorrow. c;

I don't know yet. The raffles have been quite popular, and it's nice to see that ML isn't dead when it's not a litter night. Might put up a poll and let you guys vote.

Usually, but if the litter or a mwitten in the litter is animated, has line edits, etc...it usually makes it more rare. And of course, the rarities are probably going to change once more, such as their pretty new ...but a few months from now , they'll be older. (i.e. December + January Mwitten rarities will probably go up the next time I update the rarity list)

EDIT. URS and the exotic mwitten thing, is defintely going to change up the Main Rarity List. ^^"
